Cancellation Policy

Atelier Booking Policy Thank you for choosing The Heritage by Cresanti. We look forward to welcoming you to a one-of-a-kind fragrance experience. Appointment Reservations All Atelier experiences are by appointment only. Reservations are required to ensure each guest receives a personalized, private consultation. Arrival Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may reduce your experience time, and appointments exceeding 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment to another guest. Guests Each appointment is designed for the number of guests selected during booking. If you wish to bring additional guests, please contact us before your appointment so we can accommodate your visit whenever possible. Personalized Creations Every fragrance is handcrafted exclusively for you during your appointment. Due to the custom nature of the experience, all personalized creations are final sale. Children To preserve the relaxing atmosphere of the Atelier and ensure everyone's safety around fragrance materials, we kindly ask that young children not attend the appointment unless they are participating in the experience.
